Shanghai rice and broccoli

  • Broccoli
  • Ham
  • Sticky rice
  • Egg
  • Shrimps
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt


  • Cook glutinous rice and let it rest.
  • Chop washed broccoli, ham and shrimps.
  • Scramble the eggs in a pot with extra virgin olive oil and salt, and cut it into small pieces.
  • Sauté the broccoli, ham, scrambled eggs in a pan with extra virgin olive oil. Combine the rice and make rice balls with your hands.
