Boiled shrimps with quail eggs

  • Fresh quail eggs
  • Argentine red shrimp
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Soy Sauce


  • Boil the quail eggs then remove the eggshell.
  • Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolk leaving only the white egg.
  • Remove the shrimp heads and the carapace, remove the shrimp line and wash the shrimp.
  • Boil the shrimps until half cooked then in another pot stir-fry white eggs and shrimps, season with extra virgin olive oil, salt and soy sauce.
