Fried mushrooms with extra virgin olive oil

  • Pleurotus eryngii
  • Fresh shiitake mushrooms
  • White mushrooms
  • Asparagus
  • Carrots
  • Salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Soy Sauce
  • Starch


  • Cut the Pleurotus into slices; wash white mushrooms and fresh mushrooms from the root and cut them in half; peel and cut carrots into a rhomboidal shape and the asparagus into small pieces.
  • Put all ingredients into boiling water.
  • Pour extra virgin olive oil into a pot and heat then add mushroom, carrots and asparagus, stir-fry for a while, leave starch to thicken.
  • Pour a little soy sauce, salt and extra virgin olive oil before serving.
