Fried pork belly with orange

  • Pork belly
  • Fresh oranges
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Soy sauce


  • Wash pork and cut into thin slices.
  • Cut the oranges and squeeze out the juice.
  • Take a bowl, add the sliced pork, orange juice, sugar, soy sauce, extra virgin olive oil and marinate for 1 hour.
  • Pour extra virgin olive oil into a pot and fry the pork till golden brown.
  • Season with salt and black pepper.
